When Infowars got kicked off Apple and Android, the offered the app on their website. You download it from the website instead of the store. Works fine. Banned.video.com, Parler needs to do this.
It takes no effort to go around them.
Sideloading doesn’t work for iOS...
How in the world do you download an iOS app that’s NOT in the App Store?
I “think” it can be done if your phone is “jailbroken”, but the vast majority of users do not have jailbroken phones and little desire to open up to security risk of jailbreaking. That’s part of the appeal of iOS - it’s relatively secure. JailBreak your phone and all bets are off..
All that aside, I saw a Parler VP on Tucker last night and she indicated even Amazon is going after them on the hosting side. If that happens, Parler is toast - at least until they find another hosting company. IF anyone will have them..which in today’s world..who the hell knows?
That is more of a mobile app which parses website pages in an app format instead of a browser. It still works but may look a little different.
