Announce his candidacy for Congress somewhere deep red Pennsylvania, PA Dutch country. Toomey is not running. Druggie LT Gov Fetterman has announced for Senate.
Except for Philly and most of Pittsburgh, PA is Repub.
But they will CHEAT.
