Savannah (Chatham County, I believe) decided to call it a night hours ago (I think just after 10pm ET). No more counting until at least 8:00 am ET Wednesday.
There's at least 3,000 votes sitting there, just waiting to be counted. I think the county head guy said some of the votes won't officially be counted until FRIDAY. Unbelievable.
