Firearms are prohibited within 1,000 feet but are legal beyond that point. Does this mean that someone with A carry permit from somewhere else can bring A firearm? I thought it was illegal in to bring a firearm into D.C.? Would someone here on FR enlighten me on the law. (Please no flames)

Brinks don't just magically appear. They are paid for and delivered by truck. Has a single truck's licence plate been tracked down by "law enforcement" and the driver questioned and his phone records and GPS sifted through? Even one in all of these riots?
And what good are bricks without mortar? I suggest pouring a ton on each pile of bricks and letting it and the bricks harden in their bags.
