Cruz cannot “delay” 10 days. The votes are - by law - required to be read (and will be read) on 1/6.
It’s almost certain there won’t be a “commission” to study voter fraud within the 10 day period asked for by Cruz and the other Senators. But if there is, it would happen AFTER the “votes” are read at this point - and would have to start pretty much immediately (which it won’t be) to be completed prior to 1/20.
