I still say, unfolded mail-in ballots are automatically fraudulent. They had to be folded to be mailed out and mailed back. The ballot itself, the piece of paper, is something like 10” x 17” or 10” x 20”. Whatever the exact size, they can not be mailed in a conventional envelope without a massive postage charge, which nobody would do. They would have been folded at the facility that printed them. If there is no fold in the ballot, that ballot was plopped down on a table and filled in; either by machine or by hand. It can’t get any simpler than that.
It’s not just a fold. It’s a fold in a particular spot, and machine-folded, not hand-folded.
