Will not fly in actual practice. It is a deprivation of due process of law to do incarcerate without a chance for full and fair hearing.
Problem is that there are real life politicians who support stripping constitutional rights. Due Process is integral to our constitutional republic and is not a new concept. There is plenty of empirical valid precedent regarding this issue. Apparently they believe they can ignore it, or perhaps too lazy too read it. The politicians that support this unconstitutional plan should be removed from public office by whatever means necessary.

Meanwhile here in NJ Gov. Murphy as decided the “Prison Community” will get the vaccine first before my 80 year old wife and myself.
To further the concern for the crooks, the catch and release jail system failed as 2 car theives were released and promptly stole another car to make their getaway. And this isn’t Newark or Trenton but tutal Hunterdon county.
