How about make a thousand thumb drives containing the videos and send them to radio, television, and police stations all over the country. Send them to random public officials. Send them to 100’s of random lawyers who are obligated to report crimes.
That’s just a quick thought of the top of my head but again, the absolute last thing any remotely moral person would do is not find some way to get the info out.
