At this point if there is such a conspiracy it means there is a total failure of the DOJ and the FBI. I can and am willing to believe that. I have always suspected they drug the blackmail target to make the video then use the video to control the target.
The murder the child bit is from a conspiracy theory: in order to be move up in this criminal organization you had to kill a child to be promoted to the next higher level.
