Have a link to show that the ballots were under that table for only a few minutes? I watched the video as it was originally publicly presented and never saw anything of the sort.
When you look at the original presentation of the video, you can see on different screens there are actually two black skirted tables end to end, but only one is fully visible in each feed. There are some chairs pushed up to one (look like folding chairs), and what looks like an office chair pushed up to the other. The main link shows some lids with white labels on them on the table while they are packing containers up next to the other adjacent table.
Then the video is fast-forwarded and the stacked containers/’suitcases’ are gone. When the suitcases are pulled out, there are some which it is not clear where they came from, but two of them have the same off-kilter pattern of the white labels as you see before the fast-forward.
That doesn’t explain all of the containers under there, or why they put them under the table after the bulk of people had left (which contradicts part of the explanation from the SoS), or why they didn’t seal them, but it does suggest at least those two are probably the ones getting packed up. On the other hand, there are a host of additional questions they bring up regarding conduct and security in the room.
