If it isn’t logical... why did they write a law specifically telling them how to address it when it happens ?
I don’t believe he’s at liberty to just decide which electors to count or not at his leisure. I haven’t read the rule and I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn last night. If you have read it or stayed at the Holiday Inn last night then I guess your logic rules.
