Had Trump been able to withstand the coup d’etat of January, 2017, by having Ryan and McConnell as allies, Flynn would have had 4 years to work on this cyber assault . Unfortunately, Mike Pence unintentionally or intentionally forced Flynn to protect the young Administration by falling on his sword. Lin Wood speaks for all those who believed Pence spoke intentionally.

I'm not fond of Pence for precisely that reason. He was too quick to throw Flynn under the bus, and as you say, Flynn saw himself forced to fall on his sword rather than dispute Pence in public.

So I have never trusted Pence. The idea of replacing Pence with Flynn makes me smile, for that reason.

But "arresting" Pence will strike most people as crazy. If he is guilty of something nefarious, there are a lot of people who should be ahead of him on that list... I notice Brennan and the Clintons still walking free, not to mention the former top floor of FBI.

Thats why I said his remark about arresting Pence wasn't helpful. I don't like Pence, though, for exactly the reason you said.

I have almost no familiarity with that whole situation because I don't follow politics as closely as probably most freepers. Thus Lin Wood now suddenly wishing for VP Pence's arrest just before January 6 totally caught me off-guard. So would someone please provide a brief Cliff Notes version of that whole Lin Wood/Pence/Flynn brouhaha and why Lin now wishes VP Pence is arrested just before January 6?

Interestingly, because Flynn had to take the fall to save Trump (First we fuck Flynn, then we fuck Trump), I began to follow his story. Trump impressed me in the first few months as a modern day Patton (my father's CO and revered hero). The way he excised Comey was a precision strike. It became clearer that Flynn and Trump thought alike. Concepts like “salting the battlefield” were new to me. Then Pompeo came on board, another military mind. We saw what Trump could accomplish with another general at his side.

Pence is no general. He performed admirably as a Lt. Except I've always wondered for which side? I've watched that Meet the Press interview over and over looking for signs of deception. I am no Paul Ekman. I want nothing more than to think of Pence as a good man!

But here, Lin Wood is salting the battlefield with the cry of a crazy Paul Revere or Tom Paine or Sam Adams, perhaps?

It is a FACT that there is a coup d’etat. I've read every stunning Sidney Powell Motion in Flynn's case. She slowly revealed the facts of the plot against Trump and Flynn. She is a beautiful writer and with Flynn's background in Intel (”the most brilliant military intelligence officer of his generation”), they wrestled the facts out of the claws of the FBI and DOJ cabal. Flynn and Trump are an old hippie's military heroes. Powell my legal hero. Lin Wood? Well, he's on their side and taking the flack at the leading edge of the storm. God bless them all.
