Ranting about Wood accusing the Chief Justice of being a pedophile... when he’s got a case before the court ? Why would Lin Wood, a libel attorney, level such an accusation ? What should the Chief Justice do about it ? What does the law, or only legal ethics, REQUIRE of Justice Roberts because of it ? What will Roberts do, instead ?
Yes. And notice how their argument is that John Roberts would not judge on the facts and law and merit but from personal animosity.
They don’t think much of Roberts or the integrity of the court.
They seem to think acting on personal animosity, preference, interest etc...is standard and legitimate.
Why would Lin Wood, a libel attorney, level such an accusation ?
Because as a defamation Attorney, Lin knows that as a public figure, Roberts and everyone one in Government is not subject to the same libel and slander standards as a “citizen.”
