Wuhan virus -

Other fallout from the wuhan craziness. More than 100,000 Americans died of drug overdoses during the 12 months following the COVID-19 lockdowns, the most overdose deaths ever recorded in a one-year span, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. “Two forces here are the negative economic impact of the pandemic as well as the emotional impact,” said Dr. Paul Christo, associate professor of anesthesiology and critical care at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. “That led a lot of people to use drugs ... to cope.”
IN A RELATED - medical authorities are noting an increase in deaths from ‘other’ causes, many associating them with decreased medical examination/ monitoring of other conditions.

Germany’s Covid cases hit another high with 65,371 daily cases recorded. Chancellor Angela Merkel has said a fourth wave of Covid is “hitting us with full force”. German MPs vote in favor of a new set of measures, including access to public transport only for people who have been vaccinated or tested. Much of Europe is facing a spike in cases, with new measures introduced in countries including Austria and Belgium.

One more step - there are rumors Austria is discussing forced Jabs into every person in the country.

Discussions floated around within various “academic” journals expressing the need for a “Personal Carbon Allowance,” or PCA. Some argue that PCAs are the ultimate means of battling climate control. The concept is that each individual on the planet has a set number of Personal Carbon Allowances they may use per day. This usage is tracked by a universal credit card system/social score system under global control. One result of exceeding your PCA is a shut down of your account, a more sinister result could be fines.
According to Mastercard, they have integrated the Carbon Calculator across their global network. Mastercard Chief Digital Officer Jorn Lambert seems to give further proof we will see this technology soon by saying,

“Companies, consumers, and communities must work together to make the significant changes needed to effectively address climate change.” “New research on sustainability, commissioned by Mastercard, reveals a marked increase in consumer passion for the environment as a result of COVID-19. More than half of those surveyed across the world (54%) see reducing their carbon footprint as more important now than pre-pandemic.”

According to the WEF:
“While many of us are aware that we need to reduce our carbon footprint, advice on doing so can seem nebulous, and keeping a tab is difficult. DO monitors and cuts off spending when we hit our carbon max.”

OBSERVATION- Global warming is fast becoming the next wuhan event globalists will leverage for control of the population. Creation of such a “carbon score” linked to a social credit score - and likely to a wuhan passport fits nicely into the WEF’s started control needs.

One of the first countries to introduce “vaccine passports” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) is already demanding a third injection in order for people to keep their credentials up to date.
French citizens who fail to take a “booster” shot for the Fauci Flu will reportedly now be locked out of certain parts of society. This includes people who took the first two mRNA (messenger RNA) jabs but not the third, fourth and however many more are introduced in the future.
The new rule currently applies to French people over the age of 65, who are being told that their passports will be “deactivated” if they refuse to comply once they become eligible.

Biden is asking the Federal Trade Commission to look into behavior from energy companies as prices at the pump hover around a seven-year high. In a letter to Chair Lina Khan Wednesday, Biden said there’s “mounting evidence of anti-consumer behavior by oil and gas companies.” The letter noted that prices at the pump have remained high despite a decline in the price of unfinished gasoline. “This unexplained large gap between the price of unfinished gasoline and the average price at the pump is well above the pre-pandemic average,” the letter said.
The national average for a gallon of gas stood at $3.41 on Wednesday, according to data from AAA. That’s up from $3.31 one month ago, and $2.12 one year ago.
NOTE - SMH, the only ‘anti-consumer’ behavior is that from the biden WH.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture approved an increase in pork processing line speed for 12 months. Some lawmakers criticized Secretary Vilsack for waiting months to release the new rules, which bring pork production back to pre-Biden levels. In June, the bipartisan group asked the USDA to raise production limits but never received a response from regulators. Rep. Hagedorn (R-MN) believes this will temporarily reduce food prices and improve localized shortages heading into the winter.

Invasion of Illegals -

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas says he expects that by the end of this calendar year, more than two million illegal aliens will have attempted to cross the United States-Mexico border. Mayorkas did not disclose the number of illegal aliens who have successfully entered the U.S. through the southern border, stating he did not have the information on hand.

Biden watch -

Politico has come out with a poll where the majority doubt biden’s mental facilities .Per Politico:
* 50% of Americans say Joe Biden ISN’T STABLE, vs. 44% that say he is.
* 50% say Biden ISN’T IN GOOD HEALTH, vs. 40% that say he is.
* 48% say Biden ISN’T MENTALLY FIT, vs 46% that say he is.

The Presidents of Canada and Mexico will meet with Biden in Washington DC on Thursday and significant friction is expected, even though these leaders are referred to amicably as the “three amigos”. Apparently a joint press conference was cancelled by the WH - likely over concerns over biden gaffs.

CW2/Domestic violence -

Rittenhouse jury deliberations day 3. Some verbal arguments between opposing demonstrators, Kenosha Police come in to move the crowd out of the street. Some fist fights broke out among opposing groups with two BLM/Antifa types being arrested. The BLM/Antifa elements were identified as part of the Revolutionary Communist Party.

Defense requested another mistrial with prejudice over the discovery that the prosecutor didn’t turn over a high definition version of the FBI video. The Judge is looking too hold a special session to place prosecutor staff under oath to explain how this happened.

There are reports of pallets of bricks being found in unusual areas of town, where there is no construction.

OBSERVATIONS - No clear indicators in the tea leaves. If convicted, legal analysts like Alan Dershawiz say there is tones of support for a verdict to be overturned on appeal. I think the current judge is trying to avoid that but has been place into a corner by the prosecutor’s ethical violations.
The discovery of orphan brick stashes are of serious concern. This indicates that the Antifa hierarchy is looking to violence in the event of a not guilty verdict. Brick placement has been noted throughout the 2020 riots. Be on the lookout for chartered buses and cargo trucks showing up at protest staging areas. Currently, it appears that BLM/Antifa activists are mostly local, with some coming from surrounding metropolitan centers. First night of violence may be tempered unless more rioters show up sooner. Protest size over the past few days has been relatively minimal.
One final concern is that with a not guilty verdict, BLM/Antifa may go weapons free, since they view the ‘victims’ as heroes. 2020 protests saw increasingly aggressive protestors armed with firearms. During this relative ‘lull’, selected Antifa elements have been arming and equipping up, with additional training being given. Just like the early Berkerly riots and organization displayed in the 2020 riots, armed elements would likely be hidden within the black bloc apparel and cannon fodder protestors, only to come out to make a strike and retreat back into the anomous mob - much like the berkeley strike teams.

A VOA’s Pentagon correspondent reported that an unnamed Defense official says if the Oklahoma National Guard doesn’t comply with COVID vaccine requirements, they will no longer be “maintaining national recognition,” . Some are inferring that it would become a ‘state militia ‘ This means no federal funds or equipment sources.

A hacking group “sponsored” by Iran’s government is launching disruptive cyberattacks against a wide range of U.S. companies, including healthcare providers and transportation firms, according to a cybersecurity alert
https://us-cert.cisa.gov/ncas/alerts/aa21-321a
published by the U.S. Homeland Security Department (DHS) on Wednesday.
The warning, jointly authored by the FBI and DHS’ Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, said the hackers were exploiting old software vulnerabilities in products made by Microsoft and Fortinet to break into victim computer networks. While the vulnerabilities were patched, some customers haven’t updated their networks.

China -

The Philippines on Thursday condemned “in strongest terms” the actions of three Chinese coast guard vessels that it said blocked and used water cannon on resupply boats headed towards a Philippine-occupied atoll in the South China Sea.
Foreign Secretary Teodoro Locsin said no one was hurt during Tuesday’s incident at the Second Thomas Shoal but the Philippines boats, which were transporting food to military personnel based there, had to abort their mission.
“China has no law enforcement rights in and around these areas. They must take heed and back off,” Locsin said in a statement, reminding China that a public vessel is covered by a Philippines-United States Mutual Defense Treaty.
The Second Thomas Shoal, 105 nautical miles (195 km) off Palawan, is within the Philippines’ exclusive economic zone and a small contingent of military have occupied it since 1999 having intentionally grounded a navy ship on the reef.
China regards the shoal as its territory as it falls within the “nine-dash line” that it uses on maps denoting its claim to almost the entire South China Sea. A 2016 international arbitration ruling, however, said the Chinese line had no legal basis.

China Evergrande Group is selling its entire stake in streaming services firm HengTen Network Group for HK$2.13 billion ($273.5 million), as the cash-strapped developer boosts efforts to avoid a debilitating default on its debts.
Evergrande, the world’s most indebted developer, said on Thursday it would book a loss of HK$8.5 billion from selling the 18% stake in HengTen, in which Chinese gaming and social media giant Tencent Holdings holds around a 20% share.
Other Chinese property developers are also stepping up financing efforts via share sales as liquidity in the offshore bond market dries up due to fears over any contagion from Evergrande’s troubles.

Russia will deploy additional airborne regiment in occupied Crimea before December - Russian Military

The US is “not sure exactly what Mr. Putin is up to,” the US secretary of defense admitted on Wednesday. “The truth is...we’re not sure exactly what Mr. [Vladimir] Putin is up to, but these movements certainly have our attention,” said Austin. “I would urge Russia to be more transparent about what they’re up to and to take steps to live up to the Minsk Agreement. Our support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity remains unwavering.”
The Minsk agreements were signed in order to end the fighting in the Donbas region of Ukraine in 2015.

France and Sweden announced their support for the former Soviet nation. French defense officials warned of “serious consequences” for further incursions into Ukrainian territory by “separatists” or uniformed Russian forces. Sweden is not a NATO member, but participates in security agreements with NATO and individual nations. Swedish Defense Minister Hultqvist said, “Now all eyes are fixed on Poland and on what is happening at the border, which may mean that Ukraine will be somewhat in the shadows.

OBSERVATION - Concern high, but on the short term <30 days I don’t seen any conflict. Putin’s forward positioning of forces gives hims many options as Ive been stating. He can move into Ukraine, or Poland and the Baltic stats via Belarus with short notice. Any such action would almost immediately pull the US into the conflict as a NATO ally. But Russia , as well as Europe, are slogging thru wuhan economic devastation. Russia has an upper hand because of the EU energy crisis and may continue to leverage restricted natural gas with ongoing destabilization efforts like in Belarus to weaken them without weakening himself - wearing them down. Ukraine is in the primary crosshairs and has the greatest likelihood of limited Russian attacks like happened in Crimea and Dombas regions, to bite away territory but without triggering a full NATO confrontation.

Palestinian civilians warned that the violence could lead to “civil war,” especially between large clans and armed gangs in Hebron and the northern West Bank. In the past few days, four universities were shuttered due to violent clashes on campuses between students and rival clans. In addition, dozens of houses, businesses and shops were set alight, especially in Hebron, where masked gunmen have been engaged in street fighting over the past week. Most of the gunmen belong to the Ja’bari and Al-Awaiwi/Abu Eisheh clans.

OBSERVATION - The PA is having internal problems over leadership - Abbas is losing favor. This is creating a power vacuum which is being filled the old fashioned way through tribal/clan conflict. Concern being that it could bring a more radical leadership, like Hamas in Gaza, and spill out into Israel.

Saudi Arabia -

Saudi airstrikes on Houthi-controlled air base near Sana’a in Yemen, AlArabiya_Brk claims the strikes are targeting sites where Hezbollah and IRGC members are operating, destroyed workshops and warehouses for ballistic missiles, drones, and communications systems.

OBSERVATION - SA’s war against the Houthi has not been going well as some alliances have stepped back, including the US. Iran is feeling more aggressive in its support of this proxy against its historic enemy given the bypassing and non enforcement of sanctions allowing more money to come in to support operations.

Polish Border Guards report that on November 17, on the border between Belarus and Poland, 501 illegal attempts to cross were made. Border Guard officers issued 31 orders to leave the territory of the Republic of Poland. There were several attempts to cross the border by force by large groups of foreigners - one of them numbered about 500 people.
Hundreds of migrants who were camped in the cold on the Poland-Belarus border have been moved to a nearby warehouse in Belarusian territory, reports said Wednesday. Migrants with bags and backpacks were observed being directed by Belarus forces away from the camp near the Kuznica border crossing, and Polish Deputy Interior Minister Maciej Wasik said he had received information they were leaving on buses.
The Belarus state news agency Belta reported they were moved to a heated, warehouse-like building about 500 meters (yards) from the border near Bruzgi, giving them the chance to rest indoors after many days in tents.

Belarusian president Lukashenka suggested to Merkel that the European Union open a corridor for the crossing of two thousand refugees to Europe.

Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation and U.S. National Security Advisor Sullivan discussed Ukraine and situation with migrants on the border of Belarus and EU in a phone call last night

OBSERVATION - Belarus is now having to do PR work to prevent a massive migrant catastrophe from forcing these migrants into the elements of an unusually cold European fall. Belarus isn’t getting the world support for these poor migrants - Europe doesn’t want them. Russia isn’t happy because they have lost some control over the action. Both server to pressure Belarus into stepping back an deescalating the situation for a moment.

First of a weekly temperature check on threats to the US. Again, qualitative and subjective to the extent of interpretation of daily news. This will be evolving. Included are my view of trends and chief cause(s) for the rating.

Color Key
BLACK - An area worth noting, but not immediately impacting on US safety
BLUE - Incidents increasing and needing further monitoring
YELLOW - This is the moderate concern level. Definitely becoming a threat but in the longer term.
ORANGE - A definite threat in both short term and long term. Some active events occurring
RED - Active and ongoing. Examples of this would be 2020 rioting, etc.

Sorry folks but black and white - too fat fingered to type codes all the posts.

As I compiled today’s post, I realized that there needs to be some structural changes to categories that have gone mushy over the course of the year. OODA in full effect. Working the changes out now and will probably be incorporated over time

Wuhan virus - YELLOW, trending neutral
Wuhan still around. However biggest threat are spinoffs.

Biden on Thursday announced the United States is buying 10 million courses of Pfizer’s Covid-19 treatment pill, in a $5.3 billion deal he touted as “critical” to fighting the pandemic. Pfizer applied this week for US emergency use authorization for its Paxlovid antiviral pill, shown to be highly effective in preventing hospitalization and death among high-risk patients.
While the deal hinges on the treatment’s approval by the Food and Drug Administration, Biden said he had taken “immediate steps to secure enough supply for the American people.”

OBSERVATION - Merik and Pfizer’s pills remarkably are alleged to attack the virus in the same way as the far cheaper Redizmier

More fear porn - Dr. Mark Dybul, a professor at Georgetown University and immunologist is warning us to expect a fully “vaccine” resistant strain of COIVD to start spreading in the spring. Dybul, who is currently the CEO of Enochian BioSciences and a professor at Georgetown University Medical Center’s Department of Medicine, is warning that this new variant will hit in the spring unless we all just take the shots.

Powers that be still trying to get pieces together

World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab announced a new globalist initiative called the Great Narrative during a summit in Dubai last week.
“We are here to develop the Great Narrative, a story for the future,” said Schwab on Thursday, joined by United Arab Emirates Minister of Cabinet Affairs Mohammad Abdullah Al-Gergawi.
From the WEF -
The Great Narrative meeting is a linchpin of the Great Narrative initiative, a collaborative effort of the world’s leading thinkers to fashion longer-term perspectives and co-create a narrative that can help guide the creation of a more resilient, inclusive and sustainable vision for our collective future.
Top thinkers from a variety of geographies and disciplines – including futurists, scientists and philosophers – will contribute fresh ideas for the future. Their reflections will be shared in a forthcoming book, The Great Narrative, expected for publication in January 2022.

Just three days after restrictions were announced for unvaccinated Austrians, a provincial governor is pressing for a nationwide lockdown of all residents as Covid-19 infections continue to hit record highs.
“If no national lockdown is ordered tomorrow, there will definitely have to be a lockdown of several weeks in Upper Austria, together with our neighboring province Salzburg as of next week,” Upper Austria Governor Thomas Stelzer told lawmakers on Thursday.
That will mean at least two of Austria’s nine provinces will be in full lockdown mode just days after the nation created a two-tier society by locking down approximately two million unvaccinated Austrians.
Five Italian Governors have called for lockdown measures to be imposed on the unvaccinated, following the example of Austria, while Czech Republic and Slovakia are also moving to enforce similar measures.

OBSERVATION - It’s about control and these ‘measures’ are becoming punishments to force compliance.

NPR reports the details of the lockdown under the headline ‘New Delhi’s air pollution is so bad, officials are calling for a citywide lockdown’.
“India’s Supreme Court is calling for a lockdown in the capital, New Delhi. It’s because of a health emergency, but it’s not about COVID-19. It’s about air pollution,” states the piece.
Authorities are set to ban all nonessential travel on roads in the national capital region while ordering tens of millions of people to work from home.
Construction sites are also closing along with schools, many of which only recently opened after the COVID-19 lockdown.
Delhi’s chief minister is also calling on neighboring states to impose similar measures.
OBSERVATION - I’ve said before - climate lockdowns are coming.

Electronic ‘drivers licenses’ are gaining steam across the US. States are increasingly rolling out digitized versions that “go way beyond what a driver’s license is about.”1 Arizona, for instance, released a mobile driver’s license (mDL) app in March 2021. These digital documents can also contain a plethora of other information such as vax statue, social credit score, etc.

Economy - ORANGE trending upward
On multiple fronts, the economy is very shaky and could collapse with just the right push

Biden’s social spending plan passed the house today but will still hit a wall in the senate. Minority leader McCarthy attempted to “filibuster” the bill, but only succeeded to delay the vote. It is expected to pass and move to the Senate, where it remains to be seen if Democrat Sens. Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema will fall in line

OBSERVATION - this is a socialist spending-polusia. Entitlement/green new deal bill was pretty much assured after the Congressional Budget Office on Thursday issued its estimate “that enacting this legislation would result in a net increase in the deficit totaling $367 billion over the 2022-2031 period. Others see as much as nearly a trillion deficit.

The U.S. has asked Asia’s largest economies to consider releasing oil reserves to combat rising energy prices, Reuters reported, citing unidentified sources. The sources told Reuters that talks are happening specifically with China, India, Japan and South Korea.
One source reportedly said that 20 million to 30 million barrels of the oil held in reserves would need to be released in order to have an impact on the U.S. market.
OBSERVATION - More evidence of deliberate degradation of US resources and attempts to get outside sources to fill the gap just so biden’s war on fossil fuels in the US can continue. Twisted thinking at best.

The Fed has finally increased its inflation outlook and believes “core inflation,” which measures inflation without changes in food or energy prices, will be at or above 4% by the end of the year — more than twice what the Fed ostensibly wants or expected. During the Great Inflation, which lasted from the mid-1960s to the early 1980s, the Fed oversaw runaway inflation even during a period of steep interest rate hikes, which we could see again. Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers began warning of runaway inflation earlier this year, and is further warning the Biden administration that excessive inflation led to the election of Richard Nixon in 1968 and Ronald Reagan in 1980. This high inflationary environment, he warned, “risks bringing Donald Trump back to power.” Meanwhile, interest-rate futures show that the odds the Fed raises rates by at least half a point next year is 83%. In September, that percentage was only 22%. (FO)

Several meat processors are warning that vaccine mandates will lead to critical supply shortages for beef, pork, and poultry products. According to one processing employee, an estimated 25-35% of the meat production workforce faces losing their jobs over noncompliance with the vaccine mandate. This may also affect some USDA plant inspectors, which could lead to plant closures for those lacking inspection.

Container ships in the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach (LA-LB) have started to reroute destination ports to other areas around the country. The relocation of these container ships has dropped the number of vessels anchored off the coast of California back down to pre-COVID levels, with roughly 5.4 container ships arriving per day during the past two weeks, November 1st through November 17th.
NOTE - This may provide some relief, however the country is short some 80K drivers/trucks. However, these other ports are not constipated by Kalifornian limitations of truckers.

China continues to push domination of the South China sea white internal economics threaten to spill over into foreign policy decisions.

China has threatened to punish Chinese Taipei’s pro-independence “diehard” politicians over criminal charges and warned to ban their visit to the mainland as tensions between the two sides spiked to their highest level in years.
“The mainland will pursue criminal responsibility for Taiwan independence diehards in accordance with the law, to be effective for life,” China’s Taipei Affairs Office in Beijing said in a statement on Friday, referring to Chinese Taipei’s pro-independence leaders.
OBSERVATION - General quiet out of HK following China’s effective crushing of the democracy movement with the aid of the wuhan shutdowns and associated.

Taiwan reportedly deployed advanced fighter jets on Thursday in a show of strength and cooperation with the U.S. amid rising tensions with China, which claims sovereignty over the democratically run island.
Taiwan’s president, Tsai Ing-wen, showed off the 64 upgraded F-16V fighter jets at an air force base in Chiayi, The Associated Press reported.
The news service noted that the fourth-generation fighter jets have the ability to track 20 targets at a time and use advanced weaponry, adding that the U.S., China and Russia possess fifth-generation aircraft. Taiwan’s 141 F-16 A/B jets are also set to be retrofitted by the end of 2023, according to the AP.

(FO) China’s economy weakened in October, and indicators show that the decline may continue. Market shocks have stemmed from demand, where the nation has seen increasingly difficult deadlines for a backlog of orders and supply as many manufacturers can not get the resources or materials to produce goods. Power shortages continue, with the government rationing electricity. Chief China Economist at financial services firm Nomura says that the “worst is yet to come” for China, particularly addressing the economy overall to include housing, where we’ve seen recent trouble in China from large companies such as Evergrande. Chinese economic growth slowed by 3% in Q3, down from 7.9% in Q2, the first decrease in 2021 below expectations, with the highest quarterly growth rate of 18.3% in Q1 2021.
OBSERVATION - Internal economic turmoils spill out to other areas of China’s policy. Aggressive territorial actions with a controlled media can bolster Xi for so long. If the China economy crashes, Xi will have to look inward even more, so there may be a push to secure territorial gains like Taiwan before that happens.

South Korea scrambled fighters on Friday as Russian and Chinese warplanes on a joint exercise briefly entered its air defense identification zone, military chiefs in Seoul said. However, “there was no invasion of airspace”, the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a statement.

Ongoing threat from Hezebollah and Iran continues.

A financial crisis and a failure to enforce law and order have brought a bad mood to Ramallah. The PA is facing an acute financial crisis, mainly as a result of a sharp decline in financial aid from the international community.
NOTE - As reported yesterday, the PA leader - Abbas - is losing support which is creating power vacuums being filled by increased clan fighting. The financial crisis is one symptom of the progressive failure of Abbas and the PA to move forward.

Migrant ‘crisis’ still a severe concerns in EU, but recent events appear that Belarus is potentially deescalating the situation.

(Reuters) - Belarus authorities on Thursday cleared the main camps where migrants had huddled at the border with Poland, in a change of tack that could help calm a crisis that has spiraled in recent weeks into a major East-West confrontation.
In another potential sign of the crisis easing, hundreds of Iraqis checked in at a Minsk airport to fly back to Iraq, the first repatriation flight since August. However, the European Commission and Germany rejected a Belarus proposal that EU countries take in 2,000 of the migrants currently on its territory, and the United States accused Minsk of making migrants “pawns in its efforts to be disruptive”, signalling tensions with the West were far from over.

Polish Border Guards: Yesterday, 255 attempts to cross the Belarus-Poland border illegally. Border Guards functionaries issued 45 orders to leave the territory of Poland. Two large groups tried to cross the border by force - one had 500 and the other 50 foreigners. The people were aggressive.
Minister of National Defense @mblaszczak of Poland: the night was no different from the previous ones, there were attempts to cross the border. A slightly different method of operation has been adopted. After the assault in Kuźnica, now smaller groups are attacking the border elsewhere
