Wuhan virus -

As many have quipped, we’ve gone from 14 days to flatten the curve to get the jab or lose your job. . .

Dozens of NYFD stations were closed due to lack of firefighters as a result on DeBlasio’s mandate. This week trash is very noticeably piling up as mandate induced sanitation worker shortages kick in .

The global death toll from COVID-19 (as tallied by Johns Hopkins University) has reportedly topped 5 million on Monday.

Globalism / Great Reset -

Delegates to the G20/COP26 spent their time approving the proposed 15% GLOBAL tax and trying to come up with ways to obtain a carbon net zero in the face in failure of ‘green power’ to support civilization and the resultant spike in oil/coal/natural gas demand. The COP26 begins in earnest today. Expect abundant chicken little pronouncements on the dire straits the world is in.
China and Russia - who are among the world’s biggest polluters - didn’t show up.

OBSERVATION - Watching to see how seriously the idea of a wuhan ‘lockdown’ to stop global warming catches on. GW is one of the key planks the WEF is looking at to leverage its global ‘reset’.

Welcome to the new normal - Residents in the Australian state of Victoria face prison time or massive fines of up to AU$90,000 (US$67,570) if they are deemed to have failed to comply with government-mandated health orders and pose a risk to the health of others, according to a measure rushed before the state’s Parliament on Oct. 26.
Associated news the Brisbane Times reported– “SPER (State Penalties Enforcement Register) was undertaking “active enforcement” on another 18.4 per cent of fines, worth about $1 million, which a spokesman said “may include garnishing bank accounts or wages, registering charges over property, or suspending driver licenses”. The remaining 25.2 per cent of fines were either under investigation or still open to payment without further action being taken.

Queenslanders who received fines for breaking Covid-19 rules risk having their homes seized and bank accounts frozen in a government crackdown to collect $5.2 million in repayments.

OBSERVATION - Mad Max is in Oz. Expect the comply or else factor to be a couple orders of magnitude greater under the gracious rule of the Globalists.

Economy -
Over the weekend American airlines had to cancel thousands of flights. They said it was due largely to weather and “staffing shortages”. Again one must wonder if this was an under the radar “sick out” by flight crews?

The cure is worse than the disease, say critics of an emergency plan of the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach backed by the Biden administration. If you think port congestion is bad now, just wait for what comes next.
On Wednesday, two days after the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach announced a surprise emergency fee for containers lingering too long at terminals, the National Shippers Advisory Council (NSAC) held its inaugural meeting.
Starting Nov. 1, the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach will charge $100 per container for boxes dwelling nine or more days that move by truck and those dwelling six days or more that move by rail.
The fee will increase $100 every day. It will be charged to carriers, which will then almost certainly pass the fee along to shippers, meaning it will be the equivalent of an escalating demurrage charge. “As far as the ‘hyper-demurrage’ announced in Los Angeles/Long Beach, I think it will be catastrophic,” said Rich Roche, vice president of international transportation at Mohawk Global Logistics, during the NSAC meeting. Daniel Miller, global container lead at Cargill, dubbed California’s emergency charges “crazy fees” and said, “We know this is all going to come back to us. I had a couple of calls with carriers yesterday and they’ve already admitted that yes, they are going to come back to us.”

OBSERVATION - A post wuhan driver shortage coupled with obtuse Kalifornian regulations that have essentially killed off independent truckers and restricted available trucks is spelling disaster for biden’s 24/7 ‘agreement’ to unload faster. One result is shippers looking to off port locations to store containers pending trucks to get them for delivery. This all points to even higher shipping costs and more inflation.

The Biden administration is considering a release of oil from the strategic stockpile in order to combat higher oil prices. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude topped $84/barrel, and appears to be headed higher. Biden officials blamed OPEC for high prices.
OBSERVATION - This will be like a drop of water trying to cool the fires of hell. Production shutdown due to wuhan has not caught up to demand and the administration’s hostile energy policies haven’t helped matters any.

Add another item to holiday shortages - Christmas trees, with some sources saying some commercially farmed trees were burned by this summer’s fires. Others say drought has reduced he harvest as well.

Biden watch -
biden said Putin would never use the natural gas stranglehold he has over much of Europe for political purposes.

In the group photo, biden was placed at the far left margin of the group -very physically evident that the US has lost its stance as a world leader.
Rumors continue about biden ‘soiling’ himself while at the Vatican . . . .

CW2/Domestic violence -
The World Walkout Day kick-off events are scheduled for Wednesday, November 3, for protests against wuhan mandates and passports. (listed here as a ‘front’ of the current cold civil war being played out) Events scheduled in at least 18 cities across the US.

Portland continues to be the epicenter for BLM/Antifa violence as more protests against ICE are planned over the next four days. Unusual in the planning is the request for protestors to avoid come out in ‘black bloc’ apparel.

Elsewhere BLM/Antifa related violence continues to be on a low setting.

US B1 bombers flew over the Persian gulf region as a show of force against Iran.

The Pentagon is warning that existing missile defenses at Guam will not be effective against a “large Chinese missile raid.” The U.S. Pacific Defense Initiative’s “number one underfunded requirement” is a defense system for the western U.S. and Indo-Pacific region. Congress wants to rapidly field a Guam Defense System, allocating an additional $100 million above the Pentagon’s request. The new missile defense system is not expected to be complete until 2025 at the earliest.(FO)

Some are saying Xi Jinping’s recent absence from the G20 has complicated China’s ambition to position itself as an alternative to U.S. leadership. And it has coincided with, some say contributed to, a sharp deterioration in relations with other nations. He has not left China in 21 months. Internal problems occupying his time.

Japan -

Recent incursions by Chinese air and naval forces into the territorial waters and airspace of Japan have led the government of Japan to debate the acquisition of land-attack missile systems, capable of reaching mainland China and North Korea. Japan views these missile systems as needed to maintain a balance of military power in the region. This move could also open up avenues for Japan to develop nuclear weapons if they believe the United States won’t check Chinese military power over the disputed Senkaku Islands.(FO)

Ukraine -
Tensions continue to grow as more Russian troops and equipment move towards the Ukranian border. This the result of Ukraine using Turkish drones to attack a ’separatist’ (read russian) artillery battery in a forbidden zone. This will mark the third time Russian backed forces have been hit by successful Turkish drone warfare tactics (first being Syrian and second Armenia). Russia’s foreign minister Sergei Lavrov hinted at the graveness when he announced Wednesday that Moscow was carrying out urgent investigations about the purported participation of Turk-made Bayraktar TB2 Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that NATO’s support to the Kiev regime was posing a direct threat to Russia’s national security. The Kremlin’s assessment can only be more alarmed on the back of NATO member Turkey being now implicated as one of the war’s protagonists. In all likelihood, Turkish military personnel would be required to assist in operating the drone flights.

OBSERVATION - Searching to see if the Russian build up is approaching that of earlier this year. Remember, in the aftermath of that ‘exercise’ Russia left a lot of equipment prepositioned at key bases (Reforger - like, for you cold warriors), so that brining in additional vehicles/armor would not be a critical and movement of personnel to fall onto ready equipment easier to do with less scrutiny. OPEN SOURCE intel observers have noted deployment, but they seem to not have reached the same levels as earlier this year. At this stage this could be just a strong warning to Ukraine that has been tempered by the documented fact that russian supported forces broke agreements and forward positioned artillery in a no go zone - making them fair game for attack. May also be trying to warn off Turkey from further support. Turkey has mastered the low to mid intensity combat realm with their drone tactics. They decimated syrian forces as well as armenian units by surgical strikes on key units and equipment - russian supplied equipment.
I’m placing this on a YELLOW alert status pending more reports of troop movements and equipment to the border.

Israel -
IDF launches month-long war readiness mega-exercise to simulate multi-front conflict with focus on northern Israel; army to hold multiple drills including brigade-level maneuvers; regular & reserve forces mobilized plus Navy, Air Force, cyber units. This drill to simulate war with Hezebollah also simulates an anticipated 2000 rocket launches per day.
OBSERVATION - Israel’s recent conflict with Hamas provided a very good, real world shakedown of how Iron Dome and other integrated systems would handle thousands of rockets daily.

Iran -
Antony Blinken on Sunday wouldn’t rule out U.S. military action if Iranian leaders do not return to the negotiating table next month to resume discussions to prevent them from developing a nuclear weapon.
‘The Iranians have now said that they’re coming back to talks toward the end of November – we’ll see if they actually do, that’s going to be important,’ the Secretary of State chuckled when speaking to CBS Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan.
While Blinken said diplomacy is the preferred path forward, the administration is also exploring ‘other options’.

OBSERVATION - biden tossed out the sanctions imposed on Iran, leaving them with only military options.

Saudi Arabia -
The Gulf diplomatic crisis with Lebanon deepened Sunday, with Saudi Arabia saying dealing with Beirut was “pointless,” due to Iran-backed Hezbollah’s dominance, and the UAE pressing its citizens to leave the country. Prince Faisal said Sunday that the problem in Lebanon was “the continuous dominance of Hezbollah over the political system,” and the Lebanese government’s inability to steer Lebanon “out of this tunnel.”
The issue went “beyond a statement or particular position,“ he said, adding that Hezbollah’s role requires “reform and comprehensive revision.”
OBSERVATION - Lebanon is in deep, deep economic do-do and can ill afford to lose supporters. Now they are caught in between a rock and a hard place solidly between the Saudi-Iran power struggle.

A new study lead by a Mayo Clinic doctor suggests that individuals who were injected with the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine are 3.5 times more likely to get Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis, a potentially fatal blood clot in the brain.
According to the study, individuals who were injected with the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 shot are 3.5 times more likely to get a Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis (CVST), a potentially fatal blood clot in the brain, when compared to the pre-pandemic general population.

Walkouts have been announced against vaccine-mandating employers for November 3rd (this Wednesday) and Nov. 8 – 11. I noted the Nov 3d event yesterday.
In related, American Airlines claimed weather and staffing-led flight cancellations went into a fourth day, with the top US carrier canceling more flights on Monday to push the total number to nearly 2,300. Remarkably, weather didn’t impact other airlines.
OBSERVATIONS - Most likely driven by staffing ‘shortages’ given the example of SW Airlines last month.

Biden watch -

Biden appeared to fall asleep during COP26 opening speeches. When he woke up, he denounced/apologized for the US departing the Paris Accord under Trump. Upset many when he called for more ‘temporary’ oil/coal productions increases. He also said many have ‘seen the Lord’ in regards to climate change.

CW2/Domestic violence -

Kyle Rittenhouse trial is underway this week. If the lawyer pundits are correct, he has a high probability of being found not guilty. Such a verdict will definitely generate the event that will rally the BLM/Antifa forces into large, violent riots. Ground zero will be Kenosha, but expect same in BLM/Antifa strongholds like Portland, Seattle etc. There is a possibility that rioters will use weapons in some of these riots as justified due to the verdict. Keep monitoring your local area if they were hit by BLM/Antifa rioting in 2020.

wuhan vax resistance - About 9,000 New York City municipal workers will not be paid starting Monday for failing to get immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine. 2,300 firefighters also called in sick Monday.

More defiance - In Wichita, Kansas, nearly half of the roughly 10,000 employees at aircraft companies Textron Inc and Spirit AeroSystems remain unvaccinated against COVID-19, risking their jobs in defiance of a federal mandate, according to a union official. Biden required all contractor employees be fully vaccinated against wuhan by Dec. 8.

OBSERVATION - As these repressive ‘mandates’ continue, and more key personnel leave the system (police, fire, ems, sanitation, medical etc) dangerously undermanned. Criminal and leftists will exploit this and citizens may have to forcefully respond. Civil instability factor will skyrocket.

China -

The Chinese government has told families to keep daily necessities in stock in case of emergencies, after COVID-19 outbreaks and unusually heavy rains that caused a surge in vegetable prices raised concerns about supply shortages.
The commerce ministry directive late on Monday stirred some concern on domestic social media that it may have been triggered by heightened tensions with Taiwan, while some said people were rushing to stock up on rice, cooking oil, and salt.
“As soon as this news came out, all the old people near me went crazy panic buying in the supermarket,” wrote one user on China’s Twitter-like Weibo. The People’s Daily said the ministry issues such notices every year, but had issued its instruction earlier this year because of natural disasters, the surge in vegetable prices and recent COVID-19 cases.

OBSERVATION - Population of China is jumpy and with good reason. wuhan shutdown, 2 years of bad agriculture and Taiwan are very much in the fore front. Add to it electric insecurity and the mix is potentially volatile towards the Xi presidency.

Ukraine’s military intelligence says no additional Russian buildup near the Ukrainian border has been detected. All reports in media regarding that is “most probably an element of special psy. ops,” it says

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan -

Two large explosions have rocked Wazir Akbar Khan. Kabul. At least 15 dead and 34 wounded in attack on military hospital, a Taliban security official tells Reuters. There is a rumor of 2-3 attackers inside the hospital that are fighting with the Taliban.

OBSERVATION - Probably an ISIS-K attack. Be interesting to see how the Taliban handle getting a taste of their medicine.

The new IEA (Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan) government has discovered how dependent Afghanistan had become on foreign aid, most of it American and is trying to convince other foreign donors to get them money to deal with hunger and other problems that were largely created by the Taliban attacks on the former elected IRA (Islamic Republic of Afghanistan) government. The Taliban calculates that it needs $150 million a month just to prevent collapse of the currency and maintain some consumer price stability. EA admitted that about 75 percent of the IRA government’s budget was paid for by foreign donors and that the government was only able to collect about $130 million a month in taxes and fees. Without foreign aid the IEA cannot operate like the government it replaced.
