if they have to present their evidence to a Court, it won’t do any good. The Courts have already said they were not interested. The same thing with Congress. The time for talking has past.
If Cruz’s plan goes forward, historical precedent indicates that the USSC will be part of the panel. They will be forced to see the evidence, like it or not.
