A researcher at the Department of Justice on Tuesday released a 25-page report indicating a high probability of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election. World-renown economist John Lott Ph.D., examined election results from Pennsylvania and Georgia, as well as potential election fraud in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin.
“This paper’s approach allows us to quantify how large a potential problem vote fraud and other abnormalities might be in the 2020 election,” Dr. Lott wrote.
White House advisor Peter Navarro heralded Lott’s study results on Twitter:

That’s what I want. No mail ins. Hand counted.
That’s what I want. ... Hand counted.
I suggest you read about the problems with the 1890 census, and Hollerith's solution.
The problem isn't the lack of hand counting. The problem is with inaccurate counting -- by any means -- by those counting the vote. Not to mention the flood of bogus paper ballots.
Don’t a audited count help with that. With a actual Republican and democrat watching. Matching signatures and verifying the votes.
I know people who have openly advocated STARTING the violence if no one else does and Biden makes it to Inauguration.
We will not stand for our Republic being stolen so blatantly.
Time to stop reporting the results of investigations and do something about the fraud
I’d expect there to be rallies across the country on the 6th, for those who can’t make it to Washington. I’ve been writing my two senators almost daily about the election fraud but I haven’t received a single response.
What can we do to FORCE them to do something? I have no idea. Start pushing for an Article V Convention again, I guess. That’s the only way to stop what Harris/Biden have planned. Otherwise...?

No. The problem was that the Census bureau identified in 1890 that they would not be able to complete the tabulation within the 10-year window. So Hollerith invented the tabulation system that used punch cards. That reduced the tabulation effort from 11 years to an order of magnitude less.
The problem you introduce is an after-the-fact process that slows down election tabulation, and still requires significant manual effort. Not to mention the possibility of counters and signature validators who are less than honest.
Banks have figured out how to speed processing while not compromising security in financial transactions. We can do the same with elections.
One way is to *not* tabulate the vote in real time; instead, capture the image of the ballot at voting places and absentee processing stations, then process the image in bulk on dedicated systems at election bureaus. Rejected ballot images would be handled as they currently are, but with full logging so you know who did the manual adjustment.
Marking *all* ballots with a sequence number (perhaps generated in a more-or-less random manner) would allow copies, including rogue printed ballots, to be detected by the counting software.
There are more steps that need to be taken to move election tabulation into the 21st century, with full security.
