We ask you to please write an Executive Order mandating that the ballots and images in select states be audited and reviewed for fraud by Jovan Pulitzer.
I'm no lawyer, but I don't think this would be enforceable or legal. Executive Orders apply only to the executive branch of the federal government. Ballot boxes and voting rules are under the control of states.

Ballot boxes and voting rules are under the control of states. States aren't free to do whatever they want when it comes to elections. We have a Constitution. There are inalienable rights that states can't abridge.
