Chao getting her orders, while looking around in a very paranoid manner to make sure no one is watching. Someone WAS watching, but no one apparently cares. There’s more “evidence” of Chao being a CCP agent in this short video clip than there was of Trump being a Russian agent in 2.5 yearsd and $80 million in Mueller investigations.
