I’ve watched the video of the explosion that seems shot from about a half block away or so, looking up the street. There is a car parked along the street in the foreground, which provides a good sense of scale. That is the only vehicle I can see parked on that stretch of the street, yet the explosion occurs maybe a couple hundred feet away. I’ve looked closely and certainly can’t see an RV parked at the site of the explosion. It looks like it occurs in a spot with no vehicles at all.

The video is a little blurry, but it seems clear that if the car in the foreground was parked a little farther down the street, where the explosion happened, it would be clearly visible. So a much larger RV should certainly be visible, yet nothing appears to be parked there.
