"I always liked Chris Pine’s mischievous attitude..."

Yeah, that did him well in Star Trek. However, if you want to see what acting chops he has, "Hell or High Water" is it. Plus Jeff Bridges' and Ben Foster's parts were well done and it's not a super-hero movie. Just a couple ole Texas boys robbing branches of one main bank that is trying foreclose on their family ranch. The ending dialog between Pine and Bridges is worth the admission. Maybe not an original concept, but a few surprises and great direction. Check it out.

Chris Pine was also good in the Finest Hours about a sea rescue, based on a true story.
