That’s the scourge of people who like to talk enough to have their own radio show. Have you ever heard Alex Jones or Sean Hannity try to interview someone?
It’s hard not to end up wanting to smack any of them.
What drives me crazy about Bannon is his condescending explanation of how so many of his guests, if they come from Wall Steet especially, are always among the very smartest people in the world on blah, blah, blah—while he talks down to his audience of “Deplorables”. In Bannon’s book, any investment banker or hedge fund guy (whether quant or not) is one of the very smartest people on the planet—and of course he himself is qualified to anoint them as such. If he really wants to compliment someone for being smart, he says they could have worked in Hollywood if they’d wanted to too!
Apparently it takes a narcissist to be a radio host day in and day out.
Why criticize him? I don’t care if he interrupts. He showcases people from his basement. They zoom in to tell us what they’re doing- what, why, when, where and how. It’s a laptop production. It’s the garage band of MAGA.
I’m glad to have his guests be the best, brightest, most informed...
Not sure how you’re missing Bannon always deferring to his audience as the ‘smartest, most effective’ audience.
The deplorables label includes himself and his guests. Check the origin.
