Kind of amazing that a little old bomb-maker survives 32 years. Think the Libyans gave him a gold watch on his retirement? All the important people got out long ago on this and we’re about to throw an enemy technician in the pokey for the last 5 -10 years of his life. How about we throw him from the airliner over the mid-Atlantic.
I like that solution. Much more effective, and he'd be permanently deterred from committing any future bombings.
