You find those people in all fields, more of them in fields that depend less on schmoozing and pr skills and lots of social mingling
I am talking about what it requires to successfully get a degree in it.

Once you get most engineers out of the few textbooks they had to study in college, they’re lost.
The ones who have on the floor, or in the lab experience are the best because they’ve learned from their failures.
