Jill's insistence that people refer to her as "Doctor" deliberately misleads people. Whoopi "Cushion" Goldberg actually thinks "Dr. Jill" is an MD. Whoopi Cushion even said that Dr. Jill is "one hell of a doctor, and should be made Surgeon General". LOL.
