That totally boggles the mind. Even the simple-minded can figure out that this nationwide fraud -- something very difficult for Dems to do before -- if it stands, the Dems will never lose another election again. They will commit massive fraud from now on. We will never again have a free and fair election.
And they simply don't care.

The problem with that case was that the Supreme Court couldn’t DO anything.
The Constitution puts it in the hands of the country’s Legislatures to deal with electoral fraud.
That the states didn’t follow their legislatures’ laws on conducting elections was something the court could rule on- but what could they DO? Nothing. ( as Alito said).
I don’t know the technical term, but courts don’t take cases they can’t provide relief for.
