I donated a considerable amount of money to Trump largely because of some of the reasons you cited. I don’t regret a dime of it.

However, I’m disappointed that he wavered when it came to draining the Swamp. It cost him, and us, dearly. For all his greatness, Trump was unable to reform the bureaucracy and that gives me great pause at a time like this because he will have to fight those same people if he invokes the EO. Sorry, but I just don’t see him doing it.

Sadly the DC monster (govt employees and contractors dependent on govt money) is like a giant snowball rolling down hill. Only some type of cataclysmic event will blow it apart.

It's okay, we can differ. What will happen will happen. I do not disagree that there are a lot of bad actors he couldn't get rid of. The swamp is huge, ugly, and dark.

I just disagree with your assessment of HIS will to do something big. I don't doubt for a second he will take the right course here. I just don't know what that is.

Yet.
