If Donald trump actually intended to do something along the lines of EO 13848 he would go around the courts and commandeer the media for a White House presentation of The Evidence, so the American People and the world would see the evidence. THEN invoke EO13848 and institute the Insurrection Act, because the sedition must be dealt with on the criminal basis of the conspiracy. ONLY Martial Law will make that happen and GITMO tribunals. I had hope for that, but that hope is fading fast in the face of the inaction and tweety foolishness.

Maybe I’m too optimistic but I believe Trump wants to build public support that fraud did occur in this presidential election before he considers declaring martial law. He tried to go by the courts but now Trump can say that in one case, the Supreme Court denied Texas the chance to present oral arguments. I am disappointed that executive order 13848 hasn’t shown any public evidence of foreign interference in the elections and fraud yet. Hopefully that report will come out soon.
