You are barking up the wrong tree. My contention is that they do have evidence and plenty of it. The Courts refuse to look at or hear it.
I doubt they will ever look at any of it.
The Texas case was the most important to date. What that proved is the even with ALL the other states that enjoined that complaint, the SCOTUS refused to even hear it. The result is that they violated their oath and the result also is, they nullified the US Constitution. The very thought that the States had NO ALTERNATIVE but to go to the SCOTUS and then have them deny those states?
There is no compact. The US Constitution is thereby null and voided.
