UH! if they weren’t in an envelope, they shouldn’t have been counted. No way to verify it’s legitimacy. No matter who the ballot would have benefited.

This video shows most people going home. But a few stayed behind to count the votes. And there's no visible water in the video. That sure sounds like evidence of cheating to me.
