Whatever. Biden will not be president.
Pence isn’t going to screw with the vote. Not happening.
Everything else you have posted on this thread has been factually wrong, and this statement is trending the same direction
That is not correct and you were literally replying to a post that explained why that was wrong.
A Dem controlled House is not going to reject Biden’s Electors. Won’t happen.
Real conservatives use the correct term “Illegal Aliens”, not “Undocumented Immigrants”.
Not just this thread. Said in another one there currently an active recall petition for McConnell. We do not have recalls in Kentucky.
The legal term is: Deportable aliens
A vote which will be by individual members of both Houses. The Democrats won’t vote to overturn it, and I highly doubt McConnell will allow it either.
Where can I see this data?
You hold that Pence will NOT count the slate of electors sent by the legislatures of 7 battleground states?
Is that your position, or am I misunderstanding you?
Somewhere in the video they mention links, I think it’s near the end, if I find another link I try to remember and get back to you.
Pence WILL count the official electoral slates of PA, AZ, NV GA, MI, and WI along with all of the other states Biden won.
OK that is where we disagree. Got it.
> If Trump couldn’t reverse an Obama executive order, how could Biden reverse a Trump executive order?
LOL. He just does it and no judge interferes.
> Pence WILL count the official electoral slates of PA, AZ, NV GA, MI, and WI along with all of the other states Biden won.
Yes, he really doesn’t have a choice here. ONLY if state legislatures step in and certify the GOP electors, do things get the least bit interesting.
What legal or Constitutional authority does he have to do otherwise? He doesn’t have the latitude to select slates on a whim.
Hmmmmm. Yes he does.
The US Constitution gives plenary authority to the state legislatures to select electoral college voters. That occurred when the GOP-led state legislatures sent their own slate of electors along with certificates. The certifying governor and SoS electors can roll theirs up and smoke them. They are unconstitutional.
So Pence will count those coming from legislatures, as he should.
But the Dems will object with one senator and one representative. There will be a debate, and the House will vote for president. By delegation as stated in the 12th Amendment.
That is how I see this playing out. Trump is your next president.
And I forgot to mention: the Constitution says the President of the Senate will count the votes. It does NOT say how. If Pence only counts those battleground states which were certified by legislatures....that is he prerogative, and it is wholly constitutional.
The Dems are in checkmate and they know it. The only cards they have are the MSM and a GOP screwup/lack of spine.
