I can't for the life of me figure out how anyone could come up with the theory that this flight log of this single pilot, David Rodgers, (Sp?) was associated with Epstein............

Epstein was a procurer for a complicated international espionage and blackmail operation.
HIs "persona" required him to associate with, and to do favors for, the powerful as well as the rich and famous. He was very good at attracting them, but not all of them (maybe even not most of them) were into the young girls. A lot of them, presumably, were just grifting on the free stuff, including the free flights.
These posts ALL count EVERY entry in a logbook of Epstein's plane as "going to pedo island".
In the case of "Bill Clinton's 26 trips to pedo island" most of them were legs on international trips associated with his phony foundation and money laundering trips (each takeoff and landing gets logged as a flight, and Epstein's plane wasn't exactly an A-380).
With the "John Roberts" story, this has escalated beyond the ridiculous to the absurd.
The explanation for Roberts is simple. He's a Trump-hating elitist Ivy Leaguer who grabs every chance he gets to wipe his shoes on the head of the deplorables.
That's all. He's not "compromised". It's not blackmail.
He's just defending his social class.
