The headline and the text are both fake.

The video is some Congressman on the floor of the House telling what he heard. Maybe the story is true, or maybe not. Who knows?

This is how the fantasy brigade operates. A lie propagated by one blogger and quoted by many other bloggers.

Then they link to easy other as 'proof.'

No real evidence here. [though I wish there were]

There's a lot of that masquerading as news on conservative sites and we tend to be suckers for it.

They might wish to reconsider that, because I strongly suspect that those anarchists and Leftists are rank amateurs compared to people on the other side

So 1, no video of the supposed comments themselves.

2, is there even a room the Justices all go into now, despite hearing cases remotely?

The rationale is that they didn’t take it because of politics.

This is a legal hot potato. They don’t want to get involved, because they don’t want to be blamed for “selecting” the President. Robert Barnes (election law attorney) refers to them as a kind of Pontius Pilate, washing their hands of whatever happens.

JMO, but I think they should have taken the case. They could have said that the elector’s clause of the Constitution (article 2, section 1, clause 2) means what it says, and it’s the job of state legislatures to decide how the electors (for the Electoral College) are appointed - not state courts or state Secretaries of State. Then punt it over to the state legislatures to figure out how to solve each of their messes.

Things might end up the same in the end, but it would be in the state legislatures’ laps, which is where it should be. If the people of the states don’t like how things turn out, they can always vote their state legislators out of office.

There are so many click bait sites popping up these days. The take a pinch of truth and mix it with downright lies. That is the new formula. Better to not trust any site that has not been proven to be accurate and reliable.

It surprises me how anyone could post such articles here.

There is only one solution anyway, and that is political.

There is no real remedy to the problem of fraudulent voting in the judicial branch because states control the details of how voting takes place, and can just play tag with the courts promising to comply with orders but setting up parallel ways to cheat the next time.

There is no militia based solution because roaming bands of armed citizens will do little more than create scattered and largely symbolic acts of violence against targets who are not full stakeholders anyway (like fellow citizen liberals here and there).

There is no administration-only solution because there is no place to work the power of the administration beyond the middle of January 2021, and if attempted it would invite a forcible removal from office.

But there is a political solution. That solution would be the convening of an emergency meeting of like-minded states who do not wish to accept the evident fraud and who do not want to fund the schemes likely to be forced upon the taxpayers by the incoming fraudulently elected Biden-Harris-Xi administration.

A political solution would begin to amass more gravitas if there were elements of the military pledging loyalty to the dissident faction. To have a military shift of allegiance, there needs to be a provisional government, otherwise the military have no place to park their support.

The problem at this point is that time is running out on all options so unless there is a lot going on behind the scenes to create a political front, it won’t come into existence in time to be a player. It could of course be organized at a more leisurely pace in 2021 as the inevitable discontent about harsh policies of the new government swing public opinion. Then it becomes a question of whether that swing would remain in place long enough to guarantee a 2024 election win, but that would only reset the dynamics of the past four years with a much older (and possibly not as able) President Trump or whoever he hands off to — and there is no party structure in place, the Trump movement have more or less seconded the partly reluctant Republican Party to do their political organizing work.

I think the political alternative has to be tried sooner rather than later. Every year surrendered to the globalists allows them to import more useful idiot voters, to indoctrinate more kids, and to create more inevitability (this is now the way of the world, resistance is futile).

I’m sure there were many who thought that way in 1778 or whenever, and most of them fled to Canada (the first foundation of our problems up here, the place was founded by loyalists to a corrupt monarchy).

So as long as there is a threat of violence the law and Constitution do no matter.

FU Roberts and anyone else who wants to live like this.

Bad headline - there is no such video - of roberts, just another guy reporting what others said they heard. No first hand even. Probably true, but that does not forgive the misleading headline

The Supreme Court comprehends that its reach does not extend to felony and larceny in the voting precincts.

That job belongs to the citizens of those states and residents of those neighborhoods to police their vote properly. And not to complain if they haven’nt. Not sayin’ that’s right or wrong. Just the way it is.

Allowing things to deteriorate into a “near Civil War” status and then expecting the “mother of all kraken” birthed in the US Supreme Court to save the day just isn’t about to happen. Neither is some magical EO about to save the day.

A massive revelation of foreign intrusion upon the integrity of the vote could possibly invalidate the election. But it will need half the House and Senate to be uncomfortable enough to do so. We the People do have the capacity to make them uncomfortable.

We-all 74 million of us- have to knock on their doors 24 hrs a day about it for the next 4 weeks. If we do so the Insurrection Act can be enacted successfully. Otherwise PDJT will be impeached if he attempts to.

Can’t leave it up to Sidney Powell and Lin Wood
