maybe she intends to be VPN senator? You’re not supposed to but there’s a lot of things you’re not supposed to do when they do them.

That's a good point. A LOT of things have been done that shouldn't be done because they are unlawful or unconstitutional.

If she stated she is going to be VP && a Senator (effectively giving her the potential for 2 votes)....Who would stop her?

She wants, (or I should say; the Dems want), to have her votes on critical legislation prior to inauguration. She’ll resign once the Senate adjourns.
