Daniel Scavino Jr. is an American political advisor serving as the White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications and Director of Social Media for the White House. Last night Scavino reportedly put up a tweet only to have it taken down a short time later.

An individual at the Donald.win reported this story first. Apparently Dan Scavino put up a tweet showing the picture above and he shared:

• Nobody is "social distancing" saving for Trump being at least 6 feet apart from Pence in the chair to Trumps left.

Oh, ok, I thought you meant his back was to the window and he couldn't "watch his back"; I imagine those windows are probably bullet-proof glass like those in the presidential limosine.

I get your point about looking out the window while working, but he is reputed to be a hard taskmaster, keeping his face to the grindstone when he is in the office. Also, there are private office rooms upstairs in the White House for real paper shuffling—the Oval is more for official meetings, and the window and garden backdrops frame him attractively and light up the faces of the people visiting.
