Daniel Scavino Jr. is an American political advisor serving as the White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications and Director of Social Media for the White House. Last night Scavino reportedly put up a tweet only to have it taken down a short time later.
An individual at the Donald.win reported this story first. Apparently Dan Scavino put up a tweet showing the picture above and he shared:

I understand she ran into some unexpected trouble over in Frankfurt several weeks ago, and has not been seen nor heard from since. I expect it’ll come to light one of these days.

Looking at all the leaves of on the trees in the window, this picture didn’t happen recently.
Green leaves and green grass. This picture didn’t happen recently.
I get your point about looking out the window while working, but he is reputed to be a hard taskmaster, keeping his face to the grindstone when he is in the office. Also, there are private office rooms upstairs in the White House for real paper shuffling—the Oval is more for official meetings, and the window and garden backdrops frame him attractively and light up the faces of the people visiting.
