Depending on what Ratcliffe finds, it may be the turning point.
Trump then takes action based on his 2018 EO and dares them to remove him from office.
He declares a full investigation, and evokes emergency powers that allow him to stay in office while the facts are reviewed.
Eventually the state delegations vote.
Like in two days. There was a reason DNI Director John Ratcliffe attended last weekend’s Army-Navy game.

If Ratcliffe doesn’t recognize the foreign interference with the Dominion voting machines then this EO is not worth the paper it’s printed on!!!
I would not bet on that happening. I think that old John will deliver.
President Trump didn't write this EO because he was bored or as an exercise in fantasy back in 2018. He knew then that because the democRATS couldn't seem to get him removed from office and that they have a long history and reputation for cheating in elections, that they were going to try and remove him by cheating in the 2020 election.
He wrote this EO in anticipation of this fraudulent election and he has been planning this trap for these treasonous coup d'état coconspirators for two years.
He has been and is still rearranging the players on his chess board to spring this trap on the cheating democRATS. Firing Esper, replacing him with Chris Miller, appointing Kash Patel as Miller's Chief of Staff, firing Barr and replacing him with Jeff Rosen, are all Trump's doing, moving his players into place to invoke the EO.
Even leaving the CIA and FBI out of the loop and using the 305th Military Intelligence Brigade, known as the Kraken, for his intelligence agency is part of his plan.
Keep an eye on all of this because if the the scheme to change the electors when Pence counts them doesn't work out, then this is Trump's ace up his sleeve he will use to restore his win and punish the cheaters.
And in essence, to save the Republic as founded.
Trump is very shrewd. Several chapters in the book ahead of the cheating democRATS.
He will not let this go without taking them down first. He does not believe in turning the other cheek. He believes in payback. Vengeance, if you will.

My money is on Trump and Ratcliffe.
I think we’re all anxiously awaiting Ratcliffe’s findings.
I find it interesting that nothing as yet has been leaked.
Even Barr and McConnell seem to be out of the loop.
Trump must arrange things so he is the defendant in the lawsuit.
He must remain on the job, declare himself the winner, pick his cabinet etc.
Let them sue him to get him out of the white house.
That's a great idea. Boy, can you imagine what we could all find out in the discovery phase of that lawsuit?
Trump's got something up his sleeve, He hasn't played his last card yet.
But he's about to.
