The headline seems to be very misleading. It is not Ratcliffe that said this but Sidney Powell after the word “IF”. I wondered why the article kept quoting Powell until I got to the final paragraph.
“If [Ratcliffe’s] report is an honest report, it’s going to blow the mind of every citizen in the country who’s willing to look at the truth and facts,” she declared.
