The states already certified their elections. They had to in order to pick their electors. They could not appoint their electors until they first certified who the winner was. The Electors will vote, not certify, tomorrow.
Thank you for making the distinction, most don't see the difference. The Electoral College is the end all by the power of their Legislatures, mot by State "certification:. If 26 States controlled by Republican Legislature's Electoral Votes go to Trump - win. Even if not, I've read that if there is no 270 Electoral Votes for one candidate, it then it goes to the House where each State gets one vote.
I've been told I'm wrong on that point. Am I wrong?
