Government especially the Executive Branch via Administrative Law has an uncontrollable amount of moving parts that adjudication within the agencies along with the Judicial Branch can make cannon fodder over.

Put it simply, our government is too large to manage, hence why this suppose steal is easy to pull off (And who knows how long its been going on).

It is a disgusting state of affairs.
As John Adams wrote “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other”
We are now over run with “the other”.
