It’s an interesting argument but I can’t imagine any of the state legislators having the guts to stand up and do this. Certainly they can, but the chances of them doing that are slim and none.
The states are generously being given a chance to correct themselves.
A quick list of what the states have no excuse to be ignorant of.
The mathematical proof of algorithmic software fraud.
Plus there is statistical data that indicates fraud.
Plus there is the physical ballot back-filling evidence.
Plus there are voting machines that have been investigated,
and likely all of them will eventually get investigated.
Plus the some of the adjudicated ballots may have happened
in another country by people who may not have been American citizens.
Plus the media reporting election night where the impossibility of vote counts decreasing happens, it should ALWAYS increase.
Plus the bullying tactics to keep specifically Republican observers out are documented.
Plus the known internet connections, and the server packets
that are going to contain voting machine specific data.

One must give a written request for mail-in ballot in Wisconsin but 221.000 supposedly didn't and their votes still counted.
The PA Supreme Court is not supposed to be able to change election laws because that right in the Constitution is reserved for the legislature. But it did.
The dead aren't supposed to vote but thousands of them did.
So, what's preventing those from breaking the law and rigging elections from certifying fraudulent election results?

IT is not that the court have ruled on the merits yets. The majority of cases are simply denied for lack of standing which makes perfect sense.
