Was it in a SWORN statement? If so, he should be prosecuted.

She has some very valid points she claims backed up by affidavits and physical evidence. The error of judgement you noted destroys her credibility, not the evidence.
If this evidence is brought forward by another party, it is still valid evidence until the evidence itself is proven wrong.
And if the party that claimed to be associated with the 305th MI Bn lied under oath, then Powell’s credibility is still good, IMO.
And then we have how the news spins this all. It’s so hard to believe anything in this era.
