Conclusive evidence is easily proved in court. If they had it, it DOJ would be presenting it to a federal judge right now.

I suspect it is already in Trump's hands. The next report is due to the president WITHIN 45 days of receiving the assessment and information described in Section 1. (a) of the EO. Not 45 days later but within 45 days.
I just watched the video. He says they already have released the evidence and it’s on their websites. In other words, nothing new.

I think Trump will wait til December 18th. Let DNI Ratcliffe do his job. Supposedly tomorrow the 2 million CCP names will be leaked and about 300,000 of them are likely in the US. Lets see who they are linked with. Probably Biden, half the governors and god knows how many legislators. Pompeo did warn them afterall.
That report from the DNI is due Friday, Dec. 18th. (45 days after the election)

He could try them in military tribunals. He doesn't need to ask permission if he has the evidence, which they apparently do, according to Flynn.
And it has been reported that Trump spent part of election night in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and was able to watch the "steal" in real time.
They apparently have the server that ran the Dominion voting machines they seized from a CIA server farm in Germany, so they should have all of the answers about who, what, when and where the theft took place and who authorized it.
And he has dropped this tidbit several times. "We caught them. We caught them all."
Trump has been planning this for a long time. He is waiting for the right moment to drop the hammer.
And when he does, the die will be cast, as Caesar proclaimed in 49 BC when he crossed the Rubicon to invade Rome. His fate and that of the Republic will be sealed. If he goes down, he'll take the bad guys with him.
Conclusive evidence doesn’t matter if the courts reject looking at it. The courts and the congress want Biden inaugurated, and he will be.

The 20th Amendment of the US Constitution says the president-elect will be sworn in on January 20. Full stop. Even invoking martial law does not stop the from occurring.
