7 Things You Need to Know About Monday’s Electoral College Vote
The Daily Signal ^ | 12/10/2020 | Fred Lucas

Monday essentially will be the real presidential Election Day, or is scheduled to be, as electors gather in their respective state capitols to cast votes.

When voters pick their candidate for president on Election Day every four years, as well as in early and mail-in voting this year, they actually choose a slate of electors associated with a candidate.

Each of those electors later casts his or her vote for president on behalf of the state and according to its election results.

In past presidential election years, the day the Electoral College convenes to vote goes largely ignored, as most of the public stops paying attention after Election Day.

Sadly I think the SCOTUS will simply kick the issue back to the individual state legislatures and Biden will steal the election. However, if the GOP holds the Senate after the Georgia runoff and with the new conservative majority in the Supreme Court, the radical Democrat agenda will be stymied for now. Biden will have several immediate problems. First the dam holding back prosecution of his family corruption will break and good old Joe will be implicated. Second, his attempts to use executive orders to implement gun control and open the border will get stopped by the courts. Third, a sizable part of the people firmly believe the election was stolen and subsequent investigations by state legislatures will make this manifest. This will lead to major tightening of election laws and the abandonment of fraud prone voting machines. This gives the hope of a GOP sweep in the 2022 Congressional elections.

i believe that the Texas suit asks the Supremes to do just that, kick the matter back to the state legislatures which are supposed to choose the electors

politically savvy friends advise that this will result in correcting the Democratic Election Theft

January 6, 2021 could be an interesting day if one CONgress critter from each house ponies up a written objection.

If Biden takes power, the first thing Pelosi will do is to enact HR 1. This will be the end of free and honest elections forever.

All the Electors even those from alleged Biden states are aware of the current constitution crisis. We can expect many of them to vote for Trump. It might be enough for Trump to reach 270.

SCOTUS may change that date if they take up the Texas case.

I thought that most of the legislatures in the disputed states were in Republican hands?

"I thought that most of the legislatures in the disputed states were in Republican hands?"

That's what I've read many times from other sites and lawyers right here. I believe that is what Texas and the 10? supporting States are hoping for.

no fraud in Wisconsin because no one filed a formal affidavit or complaint. So Elections Commission has nothing to investigate.

Confusion cause by how the state set up the counting system causing spikes.

Completely disregard that Milwaukee County poll workers made observation next to impossible by counting one than one stack simultaneously or so fast no one could see what the ballot indicated or by keeping watchers so far away they could not see anything, or by direct violent threats - this is all anecdotal testimony so only leads to law and regulation changes by legislature next year.

There are some ballots in question but those issues will be resolved by tomorrow.

Wisconsin will send HarrisBiden electors

If one member from each body submits an objection, then the houses must adjourn the joint session and consider the merits of the objections. I belive both houses must agree the objections are valid. You know the HOR won’t be doing that. But at least it’ll be on record. So that the dems know who to go after of course. I did see that rumor has it that SCOTUS won’t hear the Texas case so Jan 6th may be the last hope.
