You don’t know that..... People are going to judge the risks and/or not for themselves and their families. I’ve never known a vaccine, or medication for that matter, that doesn’t have risks of side affects.
I had my first flu shot this year because I’m not one to take medication or vaccines .....but I do research and check carefully before I do and weigh the risk against what if I don’t.......and so don’t other people.
