There’d be no “willing dissolution”. Asking the Democrats to agree to a dissolution would be like asking a fat, blood-engorged tick to detach from & jump off of a perfectly healthy dog. Like the tick, the Democrats would fight tooth and nail to hang on to the “living host”.
The blue states would love for the red states to leave the union. Then they would be free to create “utopia”.
Haven’t you been listening to the age-old claim that Blue States subsidize Red States? I think many of them beleive they would leave us in the dust economically.
They think we are the parasites.
