How the hell can we allow these types of voting ptocedures? It’s insane. Anyone can easily cheat. There is no way to really know the intent of the voter when a precinct official can just overwrite a ballot or create one out of thin air.
These are not elections. It is a race to see who can manufacture the most fake votes. And its done in every single state and county.
Why do we allow this?

A little context for this video would be helpful. Who was presenting this? Who were the audience? What was the setting? What was the implication of the presentation?

How is it that the Texas election officials would not accept a system that was not secure but so many other states seemed to have no security standards? Where the heck are the government officials? Corrupt or just stupid?
