Since the USSC has this on their schedule, I believe they will find in favor of certain States going against their own State constitutions before or mid-stream without their Legislatures creating new and signed laws.

Always remember why Gore lost to Bush in 2000. Florida tried to change their own State constitutional laws during the recount. That is precedent and the same issue is before the Supremes.

If the USSC rules that administrative agencies can rewrite the laws of their state at will we may as well not have legislatures any longer.
