So now let’s see Aliota et al run backwards from this.
Make it 23 States...or more.
And let’s make the stakes clear: you want to try to steal an election with massive fraud in front of our faces?
Then it’s either rigid law or hot war.
We won’t be ruled by criminals and they won’t control the nukes.

Oh, well...in that case, it's all good. The story belongs in "bloggers."

I think it is a reference to 1861.
Texas vs. White also comes to mind.

Come on California, let us do it!"
That would be incredible, but the chances of CA Attorney General Xavier Becerra joining in is about...zero.
In fact, I would be shocked if he doesn't submit a defense of the defendant states.

if SCOTUS agrees to hear it. That last “if” is a big deal. Looks like your wish came through... over three hours ago. It was added to the docket 12 hours after it was filed. This is the first big one to make it into the ring... and it is a doozy!

Watch out for that first step.. it's a doozy.

Yes! I just heard! Thanks!

So far, I like Marshall. He seems like a man with integrity.

I agree. Am proud that Alabama took a stand. Hopefully more states will join in tomorrow.
