SCOTUS issues *deadline* to Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin & Georgia to respond to Texas lawsuit charging states with violating the U.S. Constitution with unlawful state elections.
I wonder what kind of response the bad states (and that’s not ALL the bad ones!) can make. Lie when there is massive evidence? Admit they committed election fraud in a gazillion ways from Sunday which are serious federal crimes? Commit suicide between today and Dec.10 at 3:00PM?
No, they have given them a deadline to respond to Texas's motion for permission to file a lawsuit. Big difference.
