It figures.
It was NOT a Trump law suit it was Rep. Kelly’s law suit, I believe the court is hearing the Texas law suit which covers all of the same issues AND has many states joining!!!
You listed 8 states under the 7 states headline.
He has a plan. I agree. He lets us fail sometimes so that we can succeed. Saul was King before David. The people wanted a King so he gave them Saul. Then there was David. Btw, He allowed Obama to rule for His time. Without Obama, there would not have been a Trump. Not a popular opinion, but true. With all of the nashing of teeth, God is in control, so we shouldn’t be consumed with negativity.
Agreed!
I just copied what was on FR. I read another state has joined in already. I just report what I read on that thread.
wait for it...
Texas on Tuesday filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court challenging election procedures in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin over potential voter fraud.
Then later this afternoon the Supreme Court denied the Pennsylvania injunction case before the court.
This was the Sean Parnell and Mike Kelly case. Expert says SCOTUS rejected the PA case without any explanation because the same stuff is covered in the Texas case which is a bigger case that includes GA, MI, and WI.
Following the ruling Senator Doug Mastriano vowed to continue the fight against the fraudulent Pennsylvania election.
Let me be clear: I will not rest until Pennsylvanians feel their voices were heard in the #2020Election.

And on Tuesday night Trump Attorney Jenna Ellis tweeted out that the injunction was dismissed but the case is still active.

The case was NOT thrown out of court.
What will happen, some day in the future, when the people who have loved this country, many of whom fought for this country, realize there is no hope anymore within the system? When they realize there is no justice anymore?
Bkmk
I am passed and angry too. But I think we have bern knifed in the back by judges on SCOTUS who are too damn pristine pure for THEIR own good - or OURS or America’s.
Dum spiro spero but the spero is growing dimmer.
